Called would not leave message about purpose of call

They are calling me and won't answer the phone when i answer and they keep on calling me. And when i answer all i get is music.

Please help stop the harassing phone calls. There is an automated system that calls twice a day at odd times that it automated and states that its very important that I call Chrysler Financial at the 800#. I do not and I have never had an account with Chrysler. I called Chrysler anyway to try to stop the calls and they’ve said they’ve removed the number but I still get the calls.

This number is either Chase Bank or some off-shore company hired by them to collect debts. The reps sound like they are from India.
